To cover the costs and platform maintenance, Gumoz charges a small processing fee of RM1 on each transaction. This fee contributes to maintaining the quality and security of the platform. As Gumoz grows, we plan to reduce and eventually eliminate this fee.
In the event of a dispute regarding a payment, project, or service, Gumoz provides a structured dispute resolution process. Our support team will step in to mediate and help find a fair and equitable solution.
Users can easily access the list of purchased services from their dashboard. This feature allows you to keep track of your transactions, view the status of ongoing projects, and maintain clear communication with freelancers.
It's important to note that Gumoz facilitates payments but does not directly transfer funds to freelancers. We collect payments from employers and only release the amount to the freelancer when the order is marked as complete by the employer. This system minimizes the risk of payment disputes and ensures that freelancers are compensated for their work.
Freelancers can withdraw their earnings once they reach the set withdrawal threshold amount. This threshold helps maintain a balance between the frequency of withdrawals and the operational efficiency of the platform. It ensures that freelancers can access their funds regularly while minimizing processing costs.
