Report User (Employer & Freelancer) Reporting abuse is straightforward and confidential. Follow these steps to make a report:
- Locate the User: Go to the user's profile who is involved in the abusive behavior or activity you wish to report.
- Click "Report User": On the user's profile, click the "Report User" ! button. This will open a reporting form.
- Complete the Reporting Form: Provide as much detail as possible regarding the abusive behavior or incident. This information helps our team understand the situation and take appropriate action.
- Submit the Report: After filling out the form, click the "Submit Report" button. Your report will be sent to our Trust and Safety team for review.
Report Service Reporting a service is a simple and confidential process. Follow these steps to make a report:
- Go to the Service Listing: Visit the service listing you want to report.
- Click "Report Service": On the service listing page, click the "Report Service" ! button. This will open a reporting form.
- Complete the Reporting Form: Provide as much detail as possible about why you are reporting the service. This information helps our team understand the situation and take appropriate action.
- Submit the Report: After completing the form, click the "Submit Report" button. Your report will be sent to our Trust and Safety team for review.
Confidentiality:
We take your privacy seriously. Your report will be kept confidential, and your identity will remain anonymous unless you choose to disclose it in your report. Our team will thoroughly investigate all reports and take appropriate actions to address the situation.
What Happens Next:
Once your report is submitted, our Trust and Safety team will review it promptly. We will take appropriate actions, which may include contacting the reported user, issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or involving legal authorities if necessary.
No Retaliation:
We have a strict policy against retaliation. Reporting abuse is encouraged, and users who make reports will not face any negative consequences for doing so.
